Batch Fryer revamp

This is a large ongoing project, which started out with a company needing to update, organise and sort out their drawings for their flagship Batch Fryer lineup. This was a complete overhaul bringing in updated drawings, new assemblies, correcting old errors, producing new manufacturing drawings for welding, laser cutting and machining. With nearly 4000 different components this was a huge task and still takes a lot of time to keep updated and revised to a high standard.

I am not claiming this design as my own. This was an existing design however I have had the main role of updating and making any changes/improvements alongside other engineers.

The re-design, overhaul and implementation of innovative new solutions has brought this fryer and company to the forefront of the market, making it the most efficient in gas usage as well as the highest product output available on the market anywhere in the world, by a long shot.
