CUSTOM PROJECTS
Bringing New Ideas to Life
Have an idea for a part that doesn’t exist? That’s exactly what our Custom Projects service is for. Whether it's a performance-focused design, an aesthetic detail, or a completely new component for a one-off build, I work with you to develop something entirely original — built around your vision and your vehicle.
From design concept to final production, this is a deeply collaborative service that adapts to your project, tools, and goals.
How Custom Projects Work
There’s no “one size fits all” here. Some projects start with a full set of specifications, scans, and measurements. Others begin with nothing but a sketch or an idea.
We Can Start From:
A fully defined need (e.g., “I need a bracket that mounts X to Y”)
A creative idea that needs shaping (e.g., “Can we make a custom vent that fits this panel?”)
A problem to solve (e.g., “Nothing on the market fits my setup — can you make something that works?”)
Once we understand the requirements, we begin CAD modelling based on scans, measurements, or references. Throughout the process, we provide frequent updates, design previews, and suggestions to improve function, fit, and finish.
From there, we move into prototyping — either via your own printer or mine — and iterate as needed until you’re satisfied with the final result.
What’s Possible?
Custom mounts, brackets, ducts, vents, shrouds, panels, and more
Performance-focused designs (weight reduction, airflow, reinforcement)
Aesthetic upgrades tailored to your vehicle's style
Components designed around unique setups or non-standard installations
If you can explain it, sketch it, or show us what problem you're trying to solve — we can design a solution together.
Built for Enthusiasts, By Enthusiasts
We’ve worked with clients of all levels — from pro builders to first-time tinkerers — and we always adapt the process to meet your experience and capabilities. We’ll guide you through scanning, measurements, and part testing where needed, and make sure you feel confident at every stage.
You don’t need to be an expert in CAD or engineering to bring your idea to life — that’s our part of the job.
From Idea to Impact
What starts as a custom one-off part often becomes something more. I encourage clients to consider releasing their parts to the wider community — not only to help others, but to potentially recover design costs or even profit. It’s a win for you, a win for your build, and a win for the car scene.
Let’s Build Something That Didn’t Exist Yesterday
If you’re ready to create a solution, solve a problem, or take your car in a new direction, Custom Projects are the place to start. Let’s collaborate, innovate, and bring your ideas to life.
